Another "penthouse" at the Brannon has hit the market. This time it's unit 17J, a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,412 square foot unit on the 17th floor with an asking price of $1,195,000. Hopefully it'll have better luck than unit 18A, the cursed "penthouse" which was bought in 2007 for $2,150,000, listed in August of 2010 for $1,929,000 and then PriceChopped in late September to $1,829,000. Let's get back to Unit 17J. It's a series of white boxes with recessed lighting and dark hardwood flooring. Of course the kitchen has fancy Viking appliances. And yes, the master bath has a jacuzzi.
