This 2-bed, 1-bath condo on Valencia is supposedly a new listing for $520,000, but anyone with a Google can tell all those multiple listings and cuts put it at least $539,000 back a few months ago. You're not fooling us, guy. Pricechopper status aside, the inside is light and airy despite some cramped-looking bedrooms. The kitchen is very shiny, and we're hoping you will be able to open the dishwasher with everything all angled like that. The HOA fees come in at $349 and parking is included. This unit looks to face a common courtyard, which is a relief since this building is right next to 101 ramp from Octavia, hence our concern with the agent's exclamation of this being an "amazing location." At the end of the day, you probably can't open your windows without motorcycle rumbles being your ambient noise. We're not into it, but maybe there's a hog-lover out there who is.
