Just listed and making the Craigslist rounds since yesterday, the "immaculate" 65 Villa Terrace is a 1951 project of Bay Area architect Henry Hill, noted in a 2005 Chron profile giving a client a purple kitchen. The 3-bed, 3.5-bath house in Clarendon Heights has Hill's signature boxy top and wall of windows, with a total of 1,700 square feet. Two stories, a "secluded bedroom wing" with what's got to be some pretty rockin' views, and an asking price of $1,400,000.
