The old brick part of Union launches this weekend, trailing the opening of the new building back in October. The 23 "luxury loft-style residences" start in the high $500s and top out in the high $900s. A rooftop addition to the building is set back from the wall a bit to make room for a wraparound deck — with a nice toilet view. Check out the gallery from this past fall.
