Target's Aiming at Bay Area

It's not exactly the Metreon location that Target has planned (i.e. the worst kept secret ever), but the discount chain is building new locations in Oakland and San Jose, part of a "new push to add stores in this area." Says a commercial realty guy working with Target: "We have a few more things in the pipeline" for 2011. Where, he won't say, but you know, wink wink nudge nudge. [IBA, previously]
