The Strata's Looking for a Refill on 1-Bedroom Renters

New, 1 comment

The Strata at Mission Bay could be looking at its first wave of expiring leases — it was only back in August that the SF Business Times had reported that Mission Bay South's 192-unit development had fully stocked up on inhabitants, and now a number of 1-bedroom apartments and townhomes are being advertised on Craigslist. They range from $2,000 to $2,700 (previously quoted numbers for 1-beds were $2,093 and $2,318, likely not including the townhomes). Square footage ranges from 650 to 912, and all the units have washer and dryer, plus free building-wide Wi-Fi, concierge, and bocce court. Yeah, it's that place.
