The Pay-Later Plan

New, 2 comments

Infinity developer Tishman Speyer's pretty psyched about a city plan to defer development fees and lower affordable housing fees. If the package goes through, it's possible that the Infinity's cousin at 201 Folsom could "start two years earlier than it would without a stimulus package. ... The benefit in terms of employment in San Francisco is dramatic." Maybe One Rincon Hill's sequel will even get a shot. [SF Business Times, previously]
