Inside SF RE got a chance to check out the just-about-done-but-not-quite building at 555 Bartlett, which we last saw putting on its makeup for the big party. The units, mostly 1- and 2-bedrooms, are priced modestly at mid-$400k to mid-$500k, respectively, with a handful of 3-bedrooms going in the mid-$600ks.
