The sunny hipster park's getting some attention in the media today for the "turf war" between parkgoers and the fun police, who are cracking down on all the garbage and nuisance-making. The crackdown's really more about "education over citation," though, and as life guru Broke-Ass Stuart notes, "If it weren’t for all the trash, the cops wouldn’t be tripping."
