Not even a full 30 days into his job as San Francisco police chief, and top cop George Gascón is kicking ass and taking names in the Tenderloin, everyone's favorite drug-ridden neighborhood. Violent crime's down now 41 percent, and property crime's down 32. However, to head off protests that cops are picking on homeless people, Gascón would like to make a point: "Let's get it really clear.
