PriceSpotter: Mega House in Pacific Heights

New, 7 comments

Welcome to another episode of PriceSpotter, Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. And hey, cheaters never win, and winners never cheat!

Built in 1902, this 5-bed, 3.5-bath single-family Edwardian home clocks in at 4,224 square feet. Can you guess the asking price? It's huge, and its three levels span over a double lot in Pacific Heights. As you can see from the photos, the interiors have been decorated accordingly and glossed over with all sorts of architectural detailing that is just right for its Edwardian style, yet contemporary remodel. Balance, people! It's what makes a Victorian a home. The extremely cute kitchen has bells and whistles that are fitting for a family kitchen, like a Viking range and Subzero refrigerator. But where's the island? Weird that there isn't one, yeah? So, dear readers: what do you think? Give us your best guess in the comments! We'll let you know its asking price on Wednesday.
