The 192 units at Mission Bay's Strata are all rented out, according to the SF Business Times today. The brand new development, with spaces for ground-floor retail lining what one day should be some sort of walkable shopping district, is on the southern half of the neighborhood declared totally legit these days. 'Course, it is on the less lively side of the creek, but that didn't stop the Strata from filling up a full 45 days ahead of schedule. Seriously— color us impressed! Rents, on average, were $3.02 a square foot, and 15 percent of the renters were actually moving to SF for work. Imagine that.
