Pavement Parks for Inner Mish, Lower Potrero

The Pavement to Parks effort, which brought to the Castro the 17th Street plaza, is putting pieces in place for two more pavement parks: Guerrero Park at San Jose and Guerrero, and Showplace Triangle at 16th and Eighth streets. Both are scheduled to finish next month, and Streetsblog has already spotted some barricades going in. St. Luke's, neighbor to the future Guerrero Park, is so excited about the whole thing they're even donating $15,000 worth of plaza-making goodness, including planters of ever-trendy bamboo.
