Hey-o! Golden Gate Park is fixin' to become one of the first test cases for San Francisco's future citywide bike share program. Park folk want to put bike share pods all over the park, where happy visitors can pay either an annual or daily fee to use the bikes. Today is the day that the Recreation and Park Commission meet to discuss all the deets, and if the hammer out and agree with each other they'll invite bike rental vendors to submit contract proposals by October 15th.
