Something has changed in Japantown STOP THE PRESSES. A new complex opened this weekend, called "New People" and devoted to j-pop. There's tons of stuff to see and do -- stores, a theater devoted to Japanese programming, food, and a place to buy Lolita fashion (for girls, of course; no mention of kodona). The complex opened with a fun festival on Saturday and now everyone's settling in for a nice classy celebration of Japanese culture.
Now, the question is -- if this thing starts attracting more people to Japantown, how are they going to get there?
