Better stock up on water if you're planning to be up late: water's getting shut off in a few spots around the Castro tonight. Areas affected: 18th street from Noe to Castro, Hartford from 19th to 18th, 19th street from Noe to Castro, and Noe from 19th to Ford. What with all of the unexpected water problems lately, it's nice to have one that's actually scheduled ahead of time. [Water & Sewer Improvements]
