Over the weekend a 4-bed, 3.5-bath Arts & Craft style home hit the market with an asking price of $2,965,000. The home was bought in 1997 for $325,000, so you go ahead and do that math. The seller is Joseph Pugliese, who is the owner of Design Solutions (interior design firm or something). Mister Pugliese tricked up and pimped out the interiors by adding all sorts of bells and whistles. Whistles like built-in lighting and music systems, and bells like "green elements." The home has also got four goddamn fireplaces with "custom artisan tiles," so you don't have to worry about your fingers and toes going cold in the winter. The square footage isn't listed, but since it looks huge and is 3-stories, we're going to say something in the range of 3,200 square feet.
