Are you a Top Chef fan? Because 3159 Baker has just hit the market with an asking price of $3,895,000. For those of you who don't know, this is the same house that was used as the Top Chef San Francisco home. It's a 6-bed, 4-bath 4,023 square foot house, and it was actually trying to be rented for $12,500 a month back in July. Since it's now mid-August, we're going to assume no one bit that bait. Unfortunately the listing hasn't got interior shots yet, but we can share with you some highlights of the property: It's in the Marina; it also has a separate 2-bedroom in-law with a kitchen, living room, fireplace, and full bath; obviously the kitchen in the main portion of the home is exceptional and amazing (freakin' Top Chef filmed there!!!); and it's got hardwood flooring throughout.
