A new glass enclosure extends from the side of the Sears Tower, giving spectators unprecedented views. Unfortunately, those views are of Chicago.
If you had total freedom, where would you stick a gimmick like this in San Francisco? It sort of resembles a bay window, so it has a better than average chance of making it through the planning process. We're thinking you might want to stick it onto Fox Plaza, since that way you'd get a view that's unobstructed by Fox Plaza.
Or how about extending from the side of Coit Tower? Well, maybe not; a glass bubble on the side of that thing might look like a herpes outbreak. Oh, are you reading this over lunch? Good.
