Two big problems with Caltrain (in addition to a slew of others): There's no adequate method of alerting riders about delays, especially if you're mobile, and the bike cars are often too full for riders to get on, so a lot of bikers are barred from entry or hold up trains trying to cram everyone in them. So, what to do? Write a letter? Get a car? No! You tweet it. Frustrated riders have just launched a Caltrain twitter page that lets riders send tweets about delayed or problematic trains. And it's already well underway! A quick glance at the feed and it's a sad story. Trains are basically late all the time. Got a problem with Caltrain? Tweet it! [Twitter]
