The Urban Riders (a group of off-road bicyclists) are hard at work on a proposal for bike skills tracks in Mclaren Park. And oh man, they're not fooling around -- look at all the twists and turns in that thing! Talks with Parks & Rec are still preliminary, but they say "the proposed location has received tremendous initial support." So that's one hurdle cleared; five billion left to go. [SF Urban Riders]
