Have You Seen the Water Street Garden

We were fooling around on Twitter, as is our wont, and we came across this little tidbit: "If you're in our neighborhood (SF-North Beach), we have a fertile urban garden in our alley, Water Street." We love stuff like this, and promptly hopped over to Street View to check it out -- but it's a little hard to make out. Is that the garden there behind the wooden fence? Hard to say. Have you been to this alley? Have you seen the garden? The only other info we could find was this bittersweet article about progress and history and how one always seem to be eroding the other.
