PriceSpotter: Get Your Exposed Brick in the Tendernob

New, 16 comments

Welcome to another episode of PriceSpotter, Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. And hey, cheaters never win, and winners never cheat!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bath Tendernob TIC is in a Colonial style building (built 1917) that has had its guts cleaned out and made all contemporary and modern (aside from those smokin' hot exposed brick walls). It's got a large walk-in shower and high-end appliances like a Bosch range and dishwasher. Square footage isn't listed, but the photos give us the impression that it can't be over 400 square feet. Hardwood and stone flooring throughout, no carpet. Other perks? The option to purchase the only parking spot in the building, and also access to an "exclusive" and "private" roof deck that is actually just a normal and nasty roof, no deck. Leave your best guess in a comment!
