NORTH BEACH: A tip to the Curbed inbox suggests something developing at Julius' Castle, the shenanigan- and battlement-addled restaurant that shut down early last year. Rumormonger to the rescue: "I'd heard a couple of ex-SF 49ers were looking at purchasing the castle's land and building condos."
