A list of the top 15 "green-leaning" mayors in the country puts Gavin in the No. 3 spot, losing out only to mayors Michael Bloomberg of New York and Greg Nickels of Seattle. But Gavin wins for most green photo op, surely, with his dainty white hanky unsullied by diesel emissions.
