Last month architects James Zack and Lisa de Vito were the proud parents of both an AIA Housing Award for 147 Laidley Street and a story in the Wall Street Journal. The distinct honor of living in that very house is now being put up for sale. According to Zack, 147 Laidley's in pre-listing mode, headed toward the MLS in early June. The 3,000-square-foot contemporary took 15 months to build, and cost Zack and de Vito $1.5 million to build— mostly off-site, for eco purposes, naturally. Still diggin' that glass acrylic! staircase.
