PriceSpotter: Solar-Heated Contemporary in Twin Peaks

New, 8 comments

Welcome to another episode of PriceSpotter, Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. And hey, cheaters never win, and winners never cheat!

This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath single-family in Twin Peaks has two outdoor areas: a roof deck and a back garden. The master suite has an "opulent spa bath & lavish views," there's a wine cellar for the wine snob in the family, and it's got "solar radiant heat & hot water" for the greener than thou. Owning this house should also nab the buyer a magazine spread of at least four pages. The property sold for $900K in 2006, got listed on the market a month ago, and was just recently price-chopped by $100,000. So then: what's the new price?
