It's crunch time for SoMa's Millennium Tower, which is going live in only a week plus change on April 20. Yesterday Curbed dropped by to take a peek inside the building the Chron recently described as having a "crystalline presence." Some quick stats: built by Millennium Partners and designed by Handel Architects, the whole setup has a 60-floor high-rise, plus an attached 11-story loft mid-rise (with Michael Mina's RN74 below). We visited one of the Millennium's Grand Residences, a set of larger units from floors 26 to 60, and a City Residence, one of the mid-rise lofts. The building's enjoying "brisk sales," according to the website.
