Roving photog Whole Wheat Toast has a couple destructoporn updates about town: 1) the Presidio's hospital-turned-apartments, scheduled amazingly to be finished this year with 154 units in the LEED Silver building. New windows are going in as we speak, says the bread. 2) the Schlage Lock Factory in Vis Valley, which will turn into a transit village beginning 2010, is now going down too. Photos, anyone?
