Via an inbox tip: among the bullet-pointed features listed on the website — you know, the normal stuff, washer/dryer, stained concrete floors, live/work loft — they advertise an "operable freight elevator, just like the movies (think 'Fatal Attraction')." Are they suggesting what we think they're suggesting? Never mind, don't answer that. SOLD.
