Thai Corner Express is going away. And in its place on Market and Sanchez will be this 5-story, 55-foot-tall building with 22 residential units and two commercial units. (Orangey!) There'll be underground parking for 11 cars, plus room for bikes. Looks like with the exception of a little funding snafu, things are rolling along for 2200 Market— issues that the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association had with the 15th Street facade appear to have been smoothed over (something about it having to be more "detailed"), and now everyone's just looking forward to getting the building up.
