Trinity Studio Revealed

City Insider has what's probably the first public glimpse into what the inside of the new Trinity will look like. Constructed in the basement of the Phase I tower, the model apartment boasts "stylish faux-wood floors" and — judging by the picture — dramatically more kitchen space. Last week, a number of planning commissioners even shared their admiration for the Phase I studios, saying they were large enough to be junior one-bedrooms. Seems developer Angelo Sangiacomo's fond of reminding everyone that current residents will pay "cheap rent for life" (i.e. their current rates) for the new studios. Fair enough... goodbye, motel!
