Curbed Goes Into the BLU

New, 15 comments

Alas, we near the end of our BL? period, a saga that's included a competition with so-named developments in LA and NYC where we got our asses kicked, and also, we're not ashamed to admit, quite a series of Construction Watch photos. Next month, the 114-unit, 22-story tower at 631 Folsom officially opens, and Curbed ducked in yesterday for a quick peep. Unlike a couple other luxury high-rises that shall go unnamed, BL? doesn't go buck wild with gyms, lap pools, or restaurants— there is but a simple common area. All the units are 2-bedroom 2-baths, except for the penthouses, which are 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath. Parking's got the rotating cage thing for space saveage. Regular units start at $611,000, penthouses at $2.9 mil.

UPDATE: Some talk of HOA dues... according to a recent price sheet, they range from $623.49 to $685.15. Penthouses are in the mid $800s.
