A SocketSite reader went hard-hat for a tour of the Strata, the latest condo complex soon to hit the mushrooming Mission Bay. This one's a little different, with two-story ground-floor retail and two-story townhouses, in addition to the regular stuff: "A little bland but I have seen worse. ... I will say looking back at north mission bay from the Strata I was impressed with the look of that neighborhood. ... At least from that vantage point I think they have done a superb job of building a nice looking community." You don't hear that too often. [SocketSite]
