The developer of Mission Bay condo development Radiance has just cut prices by up to 20 percent to be "pragmatic," but they don't expect the sad times to last long. In fact, they're positively upbeat about the whole thing— they see San Francisco as among the first cities to rebound. "Yes," they say, "we reduced prices, but this is a unique window of opportunity for buyers, and we have always been realistic in our pricing structure."
