There doesn't appear to have been much new information (or renderporn anyway) at yesterday's CityPlace community meeting, which SF Citizen dropped in on. However, his roving camera lens did spot a bullet-point list of Stevenson alley features for the seven-story Mid-Market mall, including "sculptural 'BikePod' planters" (not pictured), a pedestrian mini-plaza, mini-plaza paintings, a "light sculpture location," and micro-vendors. The currently dingy alley's been placed in the hands of Shift Design Studio, whose principal Jane Martin was also responsible for designing the pavement-to-park at San Jose and Guerrero. We wonder if any alley's gotten this much TLC since Mint Plaza.
