Remodeled Edwardian TIC Makes Its Debut on Nob Hill

New, 12 comments

And this weekend's debutante is "Washington Place" in Nob Hill, whose "grand opening" celebrates the listing of Unit A, a 2-bed, 2-bath tenancy in common. The building has a total of seven units, all of which are 2-bedrooms. As is the norm with these types of remodelings, the listing brags of "original vintage elegancy" combined with a "modern living experience," and staged with photogenic Granny Smith apples! Plus: "enormous" deck and pretty handsome looking yard. Asking price is $599,000, with homeowners dues of $203 a month.

Update: An anonymous commenter and scurvy note the building has been on the market for about a month and a half now, and some listing rejiggering appears to have taken place since this post has gone live. For one thing, 1657 Washington below is no longer live, but there's 1655 Washington! With 3-bedrooms to boot.
