Young-ish Potrero Hill Condo Is So Hip, So Intimate

The 16-unit building at 1000 Pennsylvania in Potrero Hill was built not too long ago, in 2001. Unit 15, a 1-bed, 1.5-bath, is now on the market, and showing the shabby Under 500s of Curbed's past how it's done. Nevermind the hallway Gymboree walls, this is pretty close to the waterfront, though, sadly, even close to the freeway. Homeowners dues for the "hip," "intimate building" are $510 a month, and the unit itself weighs in at $499,000, just barely making the Under 500 Club.
