There were hopes that the three-year-old injunction against bike-related infrastructure would be lifted today. It wasn't, though, leaving both proponents and opponents (namely suit-bringer Rob Anderson and his "Coalition for Adequate Review") 10 days to regroup before meeting back up with the judge. At which point, the judge could either completely lift the injunction, causing rainbows to burst out of bike helmets everywhere, or partially lift it, or just keep it in place through March 2010, when there'll be a final hearing on the bike plan's environmental impact report.
