On the Market: A View of the World at One Rincon Hill

New, 7 comments

One Rincon Hill was the first one out the door this year with a high-rise design showcase, followed not too long by the much newer — and let's face it, shinier — Millennium Tower. (Which also had more designers to flaunt in its showcase.) Not to be fully outdone, our very own Ionic Breeze still stands aloof, and indeed taller than the newer upstart. Real controversy or not, a recent chat with real estate marketing folks made a bit of a fluff over who tops whom in an alleged battle for the title of the taller residential high-rise. In any case, here's a 2-bed, 2-bath on the high-rise's 54th floor, with a vantage point from which to view the curvature of the earth. And if the king of Rincon Hill still longs for a 312-unit queen, the view from that balcony might provide some chilly consolation while he waits. Asking price: $1,795,000.
