Phase I of Trinity Place has topped off and is getting ready to bring 440 apartments to Mid-Market in January of next year. When all's said and done and phases II and III are finished as well, the project's going to top out at a dizzying 1,900 apartments overlooking a courtyard on top of a parking podium. For now, though, the building's already wrought a pretty big change to the streetscape at Mission and 8th. Says the neighbor who sent us the above pics: with neighboring SoMa Grand and its 246 condos, this particular stretch is looking, "dare I say, more upscale." In other words, just a bit more Rincon Hill.
