The "mansion" at 3157 Baker St is fairly new, having been built in 2003, but it looks like it's been through a bit of a rough patch. At one point it wasn't so much on the market as in preforeclosure, and looking for a buyer to send its mortgage debt away— at least according to RealtyStore.com. No more: the "beautifully furnished" three-level is now renting: $12,500 a month.
