Speaking of Mission Bay, the just-add-water neighborhood has recently been stitched into the city a little more: Mission Bay Drive, a couple yards that essentially connect 7th Street and Berry Street across Caltrain tracks, had their roadblocks removed on Oct. 8. What that means for the locals: a "back door to Mission Bay," without having to trek out to the neighborhood's ostensible "front" at 4th Street. [SFBT]
