Outskirt's the New Downtown

New, 2 comments

Maybe high-end residences like Millennium Tower and St. Regis have it wrong with all the pee-stained centrality. That kind of luxury's not the hot stuff this year, with "outskirt luxury" so in, says Inside SF Real Estate. They're referring to nicer developments on the outskirts of the hip neighborhoods, including Union, which Curbed just recently visited. So... lasting trend, or fluke of the market? [Inside SFRE]
