Christmas tree of hope has got to go. But you can't compost them yourself (too acidic) -- so what to do? Luckily, this year San Francisco is giving curbside tree recycling a go so you can just dump your shit on the sidewalk like you've always wanted to. Just remember to remove that ornament grandma gave you first, lest it become mulch, too.
