Tough times means cheap labor for SFO. Contractors are willing to take on work for less than usual for the $383 million Terminal 2 project, a relax-tastic, slow-food-friendly addition slated to be the future home of Virgin America, JetBlue, and perhaps other bargain favorites of the Gen Y set.
