Kvetching goes Web 2.0 with map mashup SeeClickFix, which drops a colored balloon on the city for every neighborhood complaint you could think of. Nice concept, though the city's own 3-1-1 people say they have yet to hear about any of the complaints logged on SeeClickFix, which is not city-affiliated. They do plan to share notes soon, so kvetch forth... or at least enjoy some of the more colorful complaints, like "urine alley" or "rat palace." [ABC 7]
