More fodder for the fake-grass playground debate: artificial turf makers, already in retreat, got just a little more beat-down from the California Attorney General's Office yesterday. Three manufacturers were sued for having "knowingly and intentionally exposed individuals within the State of California to lead." The turf makers had already voluntarily agreed to remove lead from their products, but the lawsuit would... uh, totally make sure they do it, or else. [USA Today]
