Neighbors Project reports on a Labor Day throwdown in Alamo Square: A drunken scuffle involving humans and dogs proved prime grounds for a rather scathing (not to mention insanely passive aggressive) neighbor note: "To whom it may concern: On Labor Day, a pudgy blonde girl ripped the branch off of this tree , stripped all the leaves off of it, and used it for firewood for her sidewalk party at the northeast corner of Waller and Scott. ... She apparently lives in the corner apartment on the middle floor (just above the leftmost of the series of garage doors facing Waller, where the party took place).
