Ask Curbed SF: Wide as a House 18th on Avenue

New, 3 comments

Question? We're on it, people. Send it along to the Curbed Inbox.

There is a house at 1842 18th Avenue (between Noriega and Ortega) that stands out from the neighborhood. I’ve been told there is a lot of history surrounding the home, but I am finding it difficult to get any information. Do you or your readers happen to know why this home is custom on a double wide lot when most of the neighborhood is more typical of Sunset? Resist the urge to bust on us for ignoring the Sunset, and answer the man!
